2026 Summer Newsletter!

Max Griffin and Aaronville pools will be open
May 23, 2026 - August 9, 2026!!

General Pool Rules:

  • Swim suits are required to swim.
  • Everyone must sign-in.
  • No noodles or floats (with the exception for babies)
  • Food and drink are only allowed in designated areas.  No glass bottles.
  • No running or horseplay.
  • No fighting or using foul language.
  • You must shower before entering the pool.
  • Please do not swim if you are sick (especially with diarrhea) or have eaten in the last 30 minutes.
  • If your child is not potty trained, he/she must wear a swim diaper or swim pants.
  • You must be able to swim across the deep end without a floatation device to jump off the diving board.
  • Puddle jumpers will be allowed as an acceptable form of floatation.
  • You are not allowed to jump off the diving board with floatation devices.
  • In the event of lightning or threatening weather, the pool will be cleared for a period of thirty minutes after the last visible lightning.
  • Coolers are allowed at the pools. Eating must take place away from the pool deck. We ask that you wait 30 minutes prior to enter the pool once food is consumed.
  • No alcohol is permitted.

$3 Daily Pass

2 & Under Free

**Children 11 years old and under must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older.**

Season Passes: You can now purchase them online!

Season passes are now available for purchase online. Simply click the green “Register Now” button at the top of this page and it will take you to RecDesk. If you have never registered your child online for any of our youth sports programs you will need to create an account. First click “Create Account” and start by creating an account for you, the parent. Next, for Family I and Family II passes you would create an account for each of your children/household members that will be using the pool pass. Next click “Pool Passes” at the top of the page. You would then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will be able to pay online using your debit or credit card. If you have any problems during the process please don’t hesitate to call the office for assistance. 

All pool passes purchased online will be available for pick up at Max Griffin Pool the following day or they can be picked up at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office the same day.

Passes can also be purchased at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office. We will accept cash, check and credit/debit cards payments. 

$30 – Individual

$60 – Family I* (5 swimmers or less)

$85 – Family II* (6 or more swimmers)

*Users must be immediate family and all live at the same address

Senior Pool Passes

We are now offering two Senior Pool Passes! We will offer a season pool pass for the Water Aerobics class only and the other will be a season pass for both the Water Aerobics Class and Swimming as often as you would like during the summer season. Both passes will be available online, at the Foley Parks and Recreation Department and the Foley Senior Center. To purchase your pass online click the green “Register Now” button at the top of this page and it will take you to RecDesk. If you have never created an account on RecDesk you will need to create an account first. To do so click “Create Account” and start by adding the required personal information. Next click “Pool Passes” at the top of the page. You would then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will be able to pay online using your debit or credit card. Should you have any problems during the process please don’t hesitate to call the office for assistance. 

All pool passes purchased online before the pool opens will be available for pick up at Max Griffin Pool on May 24th.  Pool passes purchased online after the pool opens will be available for pickup the following day at Max Griffin Pool or they can be picked up at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office the same day.

Passes can also be purchased at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office. We will accept cash, check and credit/debit card payments. 

Water Aerobics Season Pass – $30.00 

Water Aerobics & Swim Season Pass – $50.00 

Water Aerobics Class

We are offering a water aerobics class weekly on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00am – 11:50am at the Max Griffin Pool.  The water aerobics class will start Monday, June 1, 2026 and end Thursday, August 6, 2026.  The cost is $2.00 per class. We are also offering the above mentioned  Water Aerobics Season Pass for $30.00 or the Water Aerobics & Swim Season Pass for $50.00. 

All pool passes purchased online will be available for pick up at Max Griffin Pool the following day or they can be picked up at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office the same day.

Passes can also be purchased at the Foley Parks and Recreation Office. We will accept cash, check or credit/debit card payments.

Pool Rental

Max Griffin Pool is available for rent Sunday’s only from May 24th – August 9th from 5:45pm – 7:45pm. We will start taking reservations May 4th and it will be rented on a first come first served basis and only one rental per person/family. The pool rental fee is $120.00. Two lifeguards will be present during the two-hour rental period. Groups exceeding 100 guests will require more lifeguards. The pool rental application is below. All applications must be submitted and rental fees paid in full at the Foley Parks and Recreation Department Office. We will accept cash and check payments only.
