For parents who are registering for the first time, please visit RecDesk – Foley Recreation Online Registration and set up your family profile. For those returning you will need to log in to your existing profiles and submit a new registration for each child. You must have a profile setup in order to begin registering online on October 17th. Make sure to add the correct primary email address, cell phone number and cell phone carrier for the person that will need to receive all communications from the Foley Parks and Recreation Department and coaches. It is also important to opt-in to receive alerts via text messages and/or email. Alerts may include cancellations due to weather. Please understand that all information regarding practice and game schedules will come from your coaches.

If you are still having trouble or don’t have access to register online the Foley Library staff will be happy to assist you in the computer lab. The hours are:
Monday – Wednesday: 9:00am – 7:45pm
Thursday: 1:00pm – 7:45pm
Friday – Saturday: 9:00am – 4:45pm
If the credit/debit card payment is not an option for you we will still accept checks or cash (in-office only). However, you will still need to create a member profile and register on the RecDesk site prior to coming to the office to pay.
If you are not comfortable with the online registration click here to print a paper registration form. Paper registration forms will be available in the office for your convenience; however you will be required to pay with cash or check.
Our office will be open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (closing from 12:30pm – 1:30pm for lunch) should you have questions or need further assistance.
IMPORTANT BASKETBALL INFORMATION
2022 – 2023 Basketball Season
Registration – Oct 17th – Nov 11th
Deadline for $5 discount – Sunday, Oct 24th
We are excited about the upcoming basketball season! Open registration for the 2022-2023 Basketball season will be Monday, October 17th through Saturday, November 11th. When registering for basketball, you will register your child based on his/her age as of September 1, 2022. Basketball is offered to all youth 4-14 years of age. Registration cost is $55 for players under 6 and $60 for players 7 and up. Register by October 24th for a $5 discount. We will NOT be registering at assessments.
Practices will be 2-3 days a week, until games start. Once games begin, your practice schedule will depend on your game schedule. Teams are not allowed to meet more than 3 days a week. No games or practices will be scheduled on Wednesdays or Sundays.
Uniforms will be passed out at practice (before games start) by your coach.
Foley Parks and Recreation will provide equipment for each team. In the event that you would like to purchase your own basketball, we have listed below the size and goal height for each age group.

**We will attempt to field an all-girls league for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U. Teams may become Coed if there are not enough girls to create an all-girls league. **
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Registration fees must be paid in full before your child receives his/her uniform.
- We will need a copy of the child’s birth certificate if the child has never participated in any Foley Parks and Recreation youth sports programs.
