Rules for soccer for the City of Foley are based on the United States Soccer Federation and FIFA rules with slight modifications for each age group.
Currently, the rules for Foley Soccer were developed as part of the Lower Baldwin Soccer League (City of Foley and Elberta) and revised on September 2008.
